Brother Didycus with Frank

Instead of graphically representing the fourteen stations of the cross (images of Christ carrying the cross through the crucifixion) the Brothers have fourteen small crosses as place holders for these that scenes they know by heart.

Usually the Brothers attend mass at Mission Church, just down the street; however, every Wednesday mass is offered in their small chapel. Brother Didacus, who became a Brother eight years ago after teaching middle school math, listens to the homily. Frank, a friend who drives the Brothers to Stop and Shop every Wednesday after breakfast, joins them for mass.
