Boston photographer Maureen Cotton teaches yoga to a bride, groom, and their closest friends early in the wedding day. Yoga is a great way to calm your nerves so you can fully enjoy the day. Sharing it with family and friends creates a special bond.
From Daily Candy:
“Not only will Roslindale shutterbug Maureen Cotton bring candor to your wedding album — you’ve never seen such a joy-filled portfolio — but the certified Kripalu teacher also leads a stress-busting yoga class the morning of the big event. Savasana equals temper tantrum free.”
From the bride & groom:
“Starting our wedding day with a grounding yoga practice had a reverberating impact throughout the day and into the evening. With so much to think about that morning, having a structured time to focus on our hearts, breath, and bodies really set us up to be there for each other.” ~PJ
“Having a quiet time to connect with each other and some very close friends was a breath of fresh air amongst the planning, texting, calling and hurricane that a wedding can be! I remember that special time as clearly as giving my vows!” ~Ashley
